Amsterdam: Logicor, a leading developer, owner and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has completed the acquisition of a logistics greenfield development in Lelystad, The Netherlands, as part of its drive to increase scale in this key market.
The site has a total area of over 61,000 m2 on which three modern logistics units with a total area of around 40.000 m2 will be built.
Logicor acquired the new build site from Dutch property development combination RJB Group / DevCo Real Estate in an off-market transaction. Devco made the sale on behalf of several private investors. The price is undisclosed.

Planning permission has already been granted and completion is scheduled for 2024.
In this transaction, Logicor received technical advice from Savills and legal advice from Houthoff. DLA Piper provided legal advice to the seller.
Logicor owns and manages an extensive network of distribution and last-mile properties in prime areas of the Netherlands and Belgium.
