Logicor selects Quares as property manager for its entire Dutch property portfolio

Amsterdam, 1 July 2024 – Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has appointed Quares as its new property manager as of July 1 2024.

The property manager with offices in the Netherlands and Belgium, will take on the technical and financial management of Logicor’s entire Dutch portfolio.

The portfolio has a total size of c.600,000 m with a wide range of logistics buildings ranging from large warehouses like in Roosendaal, to last-mile concepts like in Almere.

Quares has years of experience in managing logistics real estate and already has a deep understanding of our customers’ changing needs.. We are confident they are the right partner for our business as we continue to strengthen our presence in the region and deliver the best service possible to our customers.
