Logicor has started logistics redevelopment in Roosendaal

Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has started the redevelopment of a logistics warehouse at Tussenriemer 6 in Roosendaal. Logic This makes the site more effectively utilized and the warehouse meets both the current and future needs of users. The building has already been rented and the new tenant will enter the building in Q1 2025.
One of the main features of the modern redevelopment is the high sustainability standard combined with a BREEAM Excellent certification and an A+++ EPC-certificate for the energy efficiency of the distribution center. The building will be equipped with LED lighting, a PV installation will be placed on the roof and an energy storage system will be installed on the estate. In addition, the debris from the demolition amongst others will be reused for the foundation of the new warehouse.

The construction work will be carried out by construction company BVR Groep from Roosendaal. BrainStone is responsible for the construction management. Logicor was commercially advised in this lease transaction by JLL. Van Doorne was Logicor’s legal advisor for the development and lease transaction.
