  • Logicor starts speculative construction of brownfield redevelopment in Venray
  • 24,410 sqm BREEAM Excellent distribution centre to be completed in Q4 2026
  • Distribution centre for lease and can be divided into two units

Amsterdam, 17 March 2026 - Logicor has started construction of a new logistics development at Ambachtstraat 40–41 in Venray, marking its expansion in the key submarket.

The development will compromise of 24,410 sqm logistics space and has been designed to meet BREEAM NL Excellent, with features including one megawatt on solar panels, and EV charging. Scheduled to be delivered in Q4 2026, the new asset is a part of the strategy to expand in key high conviction markets which demonstrate long term favourable fundamentals.

Logicor has appointed Aan de Stegge Twello as construction partner and the speculative development has been designed with customer requirements at the forefront, with the option to divide the building into two separate units.
